At Madsen Controls & Engineering we have the skills and equipment to repair all the equipment we sell. When you send us your mechanical governor for refurbishment, our expert technicians will conduct a detailed examination; they disassemble it, clean it meticulously, and inspect all the parts that may experience wear. Our thorough approach ensures your equipment performs at its best.
After our thorough examination, we provide you with a detailed quotation for your review. This quotation involves the replacement of any damaged parts and the labor required for reassembling your governor, followed by testing to meet Woodard specifications. We do not proceed beyond the quotation stage without your official instructions.
When a remanufactured product leaves our shop, it is fully prepared to return to service and perform reliably until the next scheduled overhaul period.
Some of our precision products, according to Woodward’s requirements, require factory overhaul. This includes gas valves, select gas turbine actuators, and various other products, all of which are conveniently processed through Madsen.
Madsen manages the entire logistics process, including shipping these components to the factory for thorough inspection, generating detailed quotations, and conducting necessary repairs. Madsen’s commitment is to ensure that every product is meticulously restored to your complete satisfaction, every time.
